Mountain Fir- 4 ply mulberry silk single -Rougui

The first of my new colours up on the website ... part of the Distant Horizons collection, Mountain Fir is a gorgeous rich deep Olive Green. Think Eucalptus, avocado and the view over a large Fir Forest.

4 ply fingering weight single. 100g - 400metres. Single ply construction

Fibre and Care

Rougui: 100% Mulberry silk.

A brand new GTY silk base and one I feel will become a firm favourite. A beautifully glossy smooth single ply constructed yarn. It will make a gorgeous summer top or light weight cardigan and will be beautiful as a beaded shawl too. 

It is recommended that you hand wash in cool to luke warm water with a silk wash to prevent dissociating. Slight bleeding may occur but should not effect the final colour.
