Wild Orchid on Yecha - Tussah silk chainette - 4 ply

I was surprised but in a very pleasant way when this base didn't take the dye as deep and rich as other silk bases... it's a gorgeous morphing rich deep magenta red. Absolutely gorgeous!

Yecha is a very interesting and rather gorgeous chainette style tussah silk. It has a beautiful glow when dyed and I'm told is great to knit with.
