Main skein is Darjeeling - my popular oh so soft sock yarn with the mini skein in Mangosteen. The Mangosteen has a higher nylon content for that added strength in your toes and heels.

Weight & Length

Darjeeling 4 ply, sock or fingering weight yarn. 100 gms gives you 400 metres

Mangosteen mini - 4 ply sock yarn - 20 gms gives you 85 metres

Fibre

Darjeeling yarn: 85% Merino, 15% Nylon

Beautifully soft and just the right amount of nylon for a pair of socks. This also makes a gorgeous shawl or other wearable object.

Mangosteen 4 - 75% Merino and 25% nylon

A wonderful firm sock base with a higher content of nylon for durability.

It is recommended that you hand wash in cool to luke warm water with a wool wash to prevent dissociating. Slight bleeding may occur but should not effect the final colour. The merino is superwash but the dyes not. (However, I'm not hand washing my socks so there!)
