Belgium Chocolate
Belgium Chocolate is a deep, velvety brown inspired by the richness of fine dark chocolate. At first glance it reads as an almost-black cocoa shade, but closer inspection reveals layers of espresso, roasted cacao and soft walnut undertones. The colour carries a quiet depth that feels both earthy and luxurious, with subtle variations that emerge in different light.
On fluffy bases, Belgium Chocolate develops an inviting softness, while the darker tones create beautiful stitch definition and a timeless, versatile finish. Whether used on its own or paired with creams, golds, rusts or jewel tones, it brings a sense of richness and balance to any project. A classic dark neutral with plenty of character.
Nilgiri – Sparkle Lace Yarn
Nilgiri is a luxurious sparkle lace yarn that combines softness, texture and a touch of shimmer. Spun from 64% baby alpaca, 23% silk, 10% sequins and 3% non-superwash merino, it offers a light halo from the alpaca, the gentle sheen of silk, and subtle flashes of sparkle throughout the finished fabric.
At 300 metres per 50g skein, Nilgiri sits in the sweet spot between a heavy laceweight and light fingering weight yarn, making it ideal for shawls, wraps, scarves and lightweight garments. The addition of non-superwash merino provides a little extra elasticity and structure, while the sequins catch the light beautifully without overwhelming the colourway.
As the sister yarn to Gyokuro, Nilgiri shares the same luxurious character while adding an extra layer of texture and sparkle. Worked on its own, it creates an airy fabric with beautiful drape. Held alongside another yarn, it adds softness, depth and a gentle shimmer to any project.
