One of the beautiful colours that was voted to be included in the first 2021 collection from the 50 different colours that were part of the GTY Advent kits of 2020.
A gorgeous tonal green/blue or is it blue/green... a wonderful colour set to be a favourite across all my yarns and fibres. Currently only on Protein fibres but I'll be working hard to reproduce it in cellulose fibres too.

Darjeeling sock yarn: 85% Australian merino, 15% nylon.
A soft smooth sock base that dyes up like a dream into anything I can dream up! A soft but firm sock base with good stitch definition.
It is recommended that you hand wash in cool to luke warm water with a wool wash to prevent dissociating. Slight bleeding may occur but should not effect the final colour. The merino is superwash but the dyes not. (However, I'm not hand washing my socks so there)!

I suspect that as time goes on we will all know which "That Year' was, for now it's still a little bit too close for comfort ...
The colours were voted on from a choice of the colours developed for the Advent Calendar in 2020 and include colours from both themes.
