This three-skein set in striking colours is inspired by the Australian Golden Shouldered Parrot. Its breast is a light turquoise and its wings are a variegated delight running from dark grey, through light grey to a soft yellow that brightens to a glow at the end., And, of course, there is the bright orange under belly.

Yarn
Darjeeling is a beautifully soft sock yarn of 85% Australian superwash merino and 15% nylon. It runs at 400 metres to 100gms.
Please hand wash in lukewarm water - the colours are set with heat so washing in hot water will cause the dyes to dissociate.
