Ice Blue is a pale, cool-toned blue softened with a gentle veil of grey and a faint hint of mint. It has a quiet, diffused quality—like light passing through thin ice or early morning frost settling over still water. The colour shifts subtly between blue and green depending on the light, never sharp or overly bright, but calm and slightly muted. There’s a softness to it that keeps it airy and understated, with just enough depth to feel layered rather than flat.

In an attempt to offer a wider range of bases I've been introducing some heavier weight yarns - this one is a 12 ply single with an uneven texture to it which looks most interesting when knitted up in stocking stitch.
It’s a soft roving yarn with undulating thick and thin sections, the thicker sections are spun looser than the thin ones. It results in a soft gently textured fabric. This yarn is perfect for quick-knit hats and accessories and would make super fun chunky sweaters.
