Lollipop – OOAK

Lollipop is a vivid, playful pink with a rich raspberry-magenta undertone. Bright and highly saturated, it sits between hot pink and raspberry, with just enough depth to keep it from feeling neon. The colour has a clear, even intensity across the skein, giving it a wonderfully bold appearance while retaining the soft, slightly blue-toned quality of a classic pink. A cheerful, statement-making colour that would be lovely on its own or paired with softer pinks, purples, reds or crisp neutrals.

Tonal variation throughout - not quite as saturated as the image portrays.

Sencha is a perfect yarn for beaded lace or double it to give you a heavier more fingering weight yarn suitable for a wider range of projects.

Sencha – 2 Ply

Sencha is a beautifully soft blend of 50% superwash merino wool and 50% silk, combining the gentle elasticity of merino with the smoothness and subtle lustre of silk. With 700 metres per 100g, Sencha is a fine 2 ply / laceweight yarn, making it particularly well suited to delicate shawls, lightweight wraps, lace knitting and fine crochet projects.

The silk gives the yarn a lovely drape and a slight sheen, while the superwash merino adds softness, warmth and a little more resilience. Its fine weight makes it an excellent choice for projects where you want colour and texture to shine without adding bulk.

Fibre: 50% superwash merino, 50% silk
Weight: 2 ply / laceweight
Length: 700m per 100g
Recommended needle size: 2.5–3.5mm
Recommended crochet hook: 2.5–3.5mm

Suggested knitting gauge:
Approximately 28–36 stitches per 10cm, depending on your project and desired fabric.

Suggested crochet gauge:
Approximately 24–30 stitches per 10cm, depending on hook size, stitch pattern and tension.

Care:
Hand wash gently in cool water with a mild wool wash. Do not agitate, wring or rub. Reshape while damp and dry flat. Although the merino is superwash treated, the silk component benefits from gentle handling.

As with all hand-dyed yarns, we recommend alternating skeins when working with more than one skein to help blend any subtle variations in colour.

Please note: Gauge recommendations are a guide only. Always knit or crochet a swatch to determine the best needle or hook size for your project.
