Ming Tile is a rich honey yellow, inspired by the glazed roof tiles found across Beijing’s historic buildings. With a gentle mustard undertone, this colour has a golden depth that feels both grounded and luminous. It’s a bold yet classic shade that brings to mind tradition, warmth, and light.
Shui Yun a gorgeous fluffy confection of Mohair and silk... ideal for combining with other yarn bases for a bit of fluff.
Weight and Length
420 metres to 50 gms, making it a dreamy laceweight yarn by itself.
Fibre
65% kid Mohair and 35% mulberry silk.
Gorgeous and fluffy - not easy to work with but beautiful for an added touch of luxury.
After seeing how one of my customers masterfully blends her luxury yarns - combining lace weights and luxury silks with Shui Yun I knew I should offer it in my line up.
Combine it with silk or merino for a wonderfully soft and fluffy project!
It is highly recommended that you hand wash in cool to lukewarm water with a special silk detergent. Slight bleeding may occur but should not effect the final colour.
