Pale Peat is a soft and muted shade that draws inspiration from the natural earthy colours found in peat, which is a type of soil rich in decomposed organic matter. This colour is a gentle, light brown with subtle hints of gray or taupe. It has a calm and earthy appearance, reminiscent of dried leaves or the soft, neutral hues of a natural landscape. Pale Peat exudes a sense of warmth and tranquility, making it a versatile and soothing choice for various design and aesthetic applications. It can be used as a neutral backdrop or as an accent colour to add a touch of understated elegance to a space.
You may notice this batch feels a little less soft to the touch, though it remains fluffy and light. Once knitted, it blooms beautifully and wears just as gently. It's being offered as an automatic 20% off current stock.

Gorgeous and fluffy - not easy to work with but beautiful for an added touch of luxury.
After seeing how one of my customers masterfully blends her luxury yarns - combining lace weights and luxury silks with Shui Yun I knew I should offer it in my line up.
Combine it with silk or merino for a wonderfully soft and fluffy project!
It is highly recommended that you hand wash in cool to lukewarm water with a special silk detergent. Slight bleeding may occur but should not effect the final colour.
