Pink Winged Phasma #1

A deep, moody blue-green inspired by the shadowed body of the Pink Winged Phasma. Pink Winged Phasma #1 sits somewhere between dark teal, forest green and charcoal, with a cool, smoky quality that gives the colour plenty of depth. The darker areas shift almost to black, while the softer blue-green tones emerge through the yarn’s texture, creating subtle variation rather than a flat, solid shade. It is a wonderfully atmospheric colour with a distinctly Australian bush feel — dark, earthy and slightly mysterious. A versatile choice for garments, shawls and accessories, particularly when paired with softer greens, pinks, dusty lilacs or warm natural tones. The real Pink Winged Phasma has a green body with striking pink beneath its wings, which inspired the colourway’s name. (ozanimals.com)

Osmanthus – 4 Ply Merino Silk Singles

Osmanthus is a beautifully soft singles yarn that combines the elasticity of fine merino with the subtle sheen and drape of silk. The single-ply construction allows colours to bloom with gentle tonal variation, creating a fabric with depth and a softly organic appearance.

This yarn is ideal for shawls, lightweight garments, scarves and accessories where drape and colour are the focus. The silk adds a gentle lustre while the merino provides softness against the skin, making Osmanthus a pleasure to knit and wear.

As every skein is hand dyed in small batches, each one is unique. If your project requires more than one skein, we recommend alternating skeins every few rows for an even distribution of colour.

To keep your finished project looking its best, hand wash in cool water using a wool wash, gently squeeze out excess water and dry flat away from direct sunlight.
