Rose Fade
Named for the pattern it was designed to showcase, and for the yarn itself, Rose is a grounded, earthy fade on our organic 5 ply merino base. This quartet moves from a warm golden ochre through olive-tinged toffee, into rich walnut, and finally settles into a deep, dark chocolate brown.
The transition is smooth and natural, each skein gently deepening in tone while retaining subtle warmth throughout. The lighter shades hold a burnished glow, almost honeyed, while the darker end of the fade brings depth and shadow. Worked together, the colours create a flowing gradient that feels organic and quietly dramatic.

The Yarn
Rose is a beautifully balanced 5 ply / sport weight yarn, spun from organic, non-superwashed merino. With 300 metres per 100 grams, it offers excellent yardage while maintaining a soft, rounded structure that shows off both texture and colour with clarity.
Because the merino is non-superwashed, Rose retains its natural character. The fibres have a gentle bloom once washed, creating a fabric with subtle loft and a pleasing elasticity. This gives your stitches a softly defined finish rather than a slick shine, making it ideal for garments that benefit from warmth, breathability, and natural drape.
The organic merino brings next-to-skin softness without feeling fragile. It has enough body for cables and textured stitches, yet remains light enough for shawls, lightweight sweaters, children’s garments, and layering pieces. The sport weight sits comfortably between fingering and DK, giving versatility across seasons.
Rose responds beautifully to blocking and will relax into a supple, wearable fabric.
