Dark Red Lacquer on Merino and Silk 4 ply single - Osmanthus

Lacquer Red is a brilliant rich vibrant deep rich cherry red. Based on the wonderful heavy red doors and funery vessels that are found in China but now darker and a bit richer. Slight tonal variation throughout the skein, varying from deep red to blood red to berry. Just stunning.

Would team beautifully with other solids (Stone and Oysters on the Bay) or another more gentle variegated skein like Checkers.

Fibre Information: Osmanthus is a singles yarn of 4 ply weight. 400m/100gms70% sw merino and 30% silk. It has a lovely gloss characteristic of the silk content.
