Tea Rose - 3 ply in Mulberry silk - Pekoe (hl)

A pale dusky pink .... For some reason it makes me think of the setting sun and a hint of an autumn breeze.

Semi solid - slight tonal variations throughout the skein.

Larger quantities are dyed to order to ensure better matching skeins

Pekoe - 100% Mulberry Silk

Pekoe lace: beautiful, glossy, smooth and luxurious mulberry silk lace yarn! When knitted this yarn has a wonderful handle - very silky with a high sheen. Your finished garment is destined to be absolutely glorious!

It is recommended that you hand wash in cool to luke warm water with a special silk detergent. Slight bleeding may occur but should not effect the final colour.

My first collection of 2020 and based upon my travels throughout Japan looking at the different textile techniques with a special empathsis on Indigo dyeing.

Colours include: Indigo, Gingko Leaf, Tea Rose, Raven, Shinto Gates, Mokume Gane, Takaoka and Celadon.
