2025 November colour of the Month - Dyed to order - Dry Earth

The colour Dry Earth is a rich, grounded blend of golden ochre, clay brown, and muted olive tones. It captures the warmth and depth of sunbaked soil after rain — earthy yet luminous, with subtle tonal shifts that move from honeyed gold to deeper, russet brown. The overall effect is natural and organic, with a soft, weathered glow that brings to mind the Australian landscape in late summer. Perfect for knitwear inspired by nature, texture, and the quiet beauty of the land.

Prices stay at 20% off during the month they are featured, and then return to full price after. The number in stock is shown but is listed as being dyed to order so you can order beyond the stock level. This currently is taking longer than 2 weeks due to a busy schedule at this time of year - please allow extra time during this period.

They will remain as dye to order for the rest of the year (at regular price) and beyond until the month comes around again and it's replaced with a new colour.

Jasmin 2 : A soft merino and silk 2 ply yarn. 50% sw merino, 50% mulberry silk - 800m/100gms

Shui Yun: A luxurious fluffy to combine with other bases or make something dreamy by itself. 65% mohair, 35% silk - 50 gram skeins - 500m/50gms

3 Ply:

Ginseng 3: Pure silk luxury 3 ply 100% Mulberry Silk (plied) - 600m/100gms

Jasmin 3: A rich merino and silk 3 ply yarn - 50% sw merino, 50% Mulberry silk

4 ply:

Darjeeling: My sock yarn of choice - 80% sw merino, 20% nylon - 400m/100gms

Osmanthus: A beautiful singles option - 30% silk, 70% sw merino - 400m/100gms

Ginseng 4: Pure silk luxury 3 ply 100% Mulberry Silk (plied) - 600m/100gms

Jasmin 4 : A dreamy blend of non superwash merino and mulberry silk.  

50% sw.merino and 50% silk it runs at 400 metres to 100g. Shown in the photos :-) 

5 ply:

Jasmin 5: a gorgeous tightly plied yarn that gives the perfect option for a sport weight base. Just perfect teamed with Shui Yun too. 50% sw merino, 50% silk. 300m/100gms

Rooibos: a wonderful combination of mohair, silk and a bit of nylon giving an almost perfect luxury base... 

8 Ply:

Whitecloud DK: Feeling is believing... super soft - 50% merino (non sw) 50% silk - 250m /100gms

Darjeeling DK: A perfect sock style yarn in DK weight, and sister to it's 4 ply version. 80% sw merino, and 20% nylon. Perfect for sweaters and cardigans. 225m/100gms

Jasmin 8: Now in a gorgeous silk and merino 8 ply. - 212m/100gms
