Almond Blossom - Hand Dyed Yarn
Almond Blossom is a soft, pale pink hand dyed yarn inspired by the beautiful blush and peach tones of almond blossoms in spring. The colour combines a gentle pink base with subtle peach and warm almond undertones, with touches of deeper pink creating gentle tonal variation throughout the skein.
This understated pink yarn is easy to pair with neutrals, creams, soft greens and other botanical shades. The gentle variation makes it particularly lovely for shawls, cardigans, sweaters and accessories, allowing the colour to add interest while remaining soft and wearable.
Hand dyed in small batches at Green Tea Yarns in Australia, Almond Blossom is available across selected luxury yarn bases, including merino, silk and silk-blend yarns. Each base takes the colour slightly differently, giving the same colourway its own character and depth.
Colour: Pale blush pink, peach and warm almond tones
Colour family: Pink / Peach
Style: Soft, tonal, lightly variegated
Hand dyed: Australia
Ideal for: Shawls, sweaters, cardigans, baby knits and accessories
Please note that hand dyed yarn can vary slightly between dye lots and across different yarn bases. We recommend purchasing enough yarn for your project at the same time.
Available on a variety of luxury bases - please be aware that the colour can vary slightly with the different fibres.Â
This time of year is busy ... and I'm afraid there is a bit of a wait for your Dye to order colours right now (aug 2026). I usually say 2 weeks but currently may be as long as 4 weeks. I apologise for the wait but as a single woman business it's the best I can do.
Get it at 20% off during the month and Dyed to Order to allow for larger quantities to be dyed in one dyelot - this is one of those colours that does seem to vary considerably between dyelots.
I'm leaving up our dyed to order colours of 2025 so you can still select those- they will be deleted as the month ends in 2026.Â
I try to arrange a good range of yarn options.
