Black Cherry - 2 ply in Mulberry silk - Pekoe (l)

A deep rich burgundy come claret red ... just gorgeous.  

My camera wanted to lighten these and they just weren't rich enough so used a filter to try and get the depth of colour correct. This colour was recently reformulated and I'm really happy how this has turned out.

Tonal variation throughout the skein.

Larger quantities dyed to order to ensure better colour matching.

Pekoe lace: beautiful, glossy, smooth and luxurious mulberry silk lace yarn! When knitted this yarn has a wonderful handle - very silky with a high sheen. Your finished garment is destined to be absolutely glorious!

It is recommended that you hand wash in cool to luke warm water with a special silk detergent. Slight bleeding may occur but should not effect the final colour.
