Black Cherry is a rich, dark colour that blends the depth of near-black with the warmth of ripe cherries. The base is deep and smooth, with subtle crimson tones that shift in the light, giving it a layered, complex character. It has the moodiness of midnight but carries a quiet vibrancy from its red undertones, making it both bold and refined. Black Cherry has an elegance that feels timeless, a colour that brings drama without shouting. Whether used in garments, accessories or design, it offers a sense of richness and sophistication, with just the right touch of intensity.

Two skeins of different weights - 1 x 125g and 1 x110g (either would give you a bit of extral length should you need it).

Ginseng HL (3 Ply) – 100% Mulberry Silk

Ginseng HL is a luxurious 100% mulberry silk yarn with a beautiful natural sheen and an exceptionally smooth handle. Spun as a 3 ply heavy laceweight, it offers wonderful stitch definition and drape, making it an excellent choice for elegant lace shawls, wraps, scarves and lightweight garments.

Each hand-dyed skein develops rich tonal variation that enhances both simple stocking stitch and intricate lace patterns. The finished fabric feels cool against the skin, making Ginseng HL particularly well suited to year-round accessories and garments.

Although classed as a heavy laceweight, the generous 600 metres allows for substantial shawls and delicate layering pieces from a single skein. Knit on its own, it creates a fluid fabric with graceful drape, or pair it with a mohair silk yarn to add softness and a subtle halo.
