China Doll - on 8 ply merino and nylon sock yarn - Mangosteen 8

China Doll now added to my Mangosteen line up...  is a soft pretty fresh pastel pink (slightly more seashell like on this base in this dye lot). Like a blush or the colour on the cherry blossom in spring. Semi solid.

Fibre

Mangosteen double knit DK yarn: 75% merino, 25% nylon.

It’s durable, strong and machine washable but equally soft too.

Also available in a range of gorgeous gradients and my dto color line…all inspired by the wonderful world around me.

It is recommended that you hand wash in cool to luke warm water with a wool wash to prevent dissociating. Slight bleeding may occur but should not effect the final colour. The merino is superwash but the dyes not. (However, I'm not hand washing my socks so there)!

Yarn information

Mangosteen 8 is my new 8 ply sock yarn - 75% superwash merino and 25% nylon. It has a nice firm ply made up of 4 plies.

Hand wash in luke warm water to ensure longevity of the dyes.

The Forbidden Garden Collection

The Forbidden Garden Collection is the second collection of colours based on my recent travels to China. There are 7 colours to the second collection: China Doll, Lacquer Red, Wild Orchid, Matcha Green, Ming Tile and Dragonfruit
