Short Gryphon Fade
The Short Gryphon Fade moves through a rich, earthy palette inspired by the colours of the Australian bush. Starting with deep, shadowy olive greens, the fade gradually shifts through moss and lichen tones into warmer olive-golds, golden ochre and finally a rich, muted mustard.
The colours have a natural, slightly weathered quality, with subtle variations within each skein that give the fade plenty of depth without becoming overly bright. The progression from deep green through olive and ochre creates a beautiful sense of movement, with each shade blending naturally into the next.
It’s a versatile palette for shawls, sweaters and accessories, particularly if you enjoy earthy colours with a little golden brightness. The Short Gryphon Fade is a compact version of the full Gryphon palette, designed to give you the essence of the colour journey in fewer skeins.

4 ply, fingering yarn. 100 gms gives you 400 metres
Jasmine 4 yarn: 50% non superwash merino, 50% silk
Beautifully soft and makes a gorgeous shawl or other wearable object.
It is recommended that you hand wash in cool to lukewarm water with a wool wash to prevent dissociating. Slight bleeding may occur but should not affect the final colour. The merino is non superwash so be careful not to agitate too much to prevent felting.
