The Phoenix Tail – Shui Yun Fade
A glowing sweep of teal greens inspired by the shifting colours of a phoenix feather. This short fade moves from deep, inky teal through bright lagoon tones and finishes in a soft sea-glass green, creating a smooth, luminous transition that feels fresh, rich and full of movement.
Dyed on Shui Yun, our light-as-air mohair and silk base, the colours appear softly diffused with a gentle halo that blends the fade beautifully as you knit. The result is a fabric with depth, glow and an almost misty softness.
Each skein is 50g, making this fade perfect for shawls, yokes, stripes, sleeves, colourwork, or adding a gentle gradient to larger projects. Use the full set for a flowing colour journey, or pair with a solid for contrast and framing.

After seeing how one of my customers masterfully blends her luxury yarns - combining lace weights and luxury silks with Shui Yun I knew I should offer it in my line up.
Combine it with silk or merino for a wonderfully soft and fluffy project!
It is highly recommended that you hand wash in cool to lukewarm water with a special silk detergent. Slight bleeding may occur but should not effect the final colour.
