Saffron is a rich golden yellow with a warm, sunlit depth. The colour sits somewhere between burnished mustard and glowing marigold, carrying the deep warmth of the spice that gives it its name. Across the skein the tone moves gently through deeper honeyed golds and lighter yellow highlights, allowing the twist of the yarn to catch the light beautifully.
