Nepal Sunrise Fade

A rich, glowing fade that moves from deep crimson through scarlet and red-orange into vibrant orange, golden orange and finally a warm, sunny yellow. The colours blend beautifully from one skein to the next, creating a strong progression of colour that would work particularly well in a shawl, wrap, sweater or other larger project where the full transition can be enjoyed.

This is a one-off limited collection of just two complete fades, each hand dyed in the Green Tea Yarns studio. The combination of deep reds, fiery oranges and golden yellows gives the fade plenty of energy while retaining a lovely sense of flow from one colour to the next.

Fibre Information

4 ply, fingering yarn. 100 gms gives you 400 metres

Jasmine 4 yarn: 50% non superwash merino, 50% silk

Beautifully soft and makes a gorgeous shawl or other wearable object.

It is recommended that you hand wash in cool to lukewarm water with a wool wash to prevent dissociating. Slight bleeding may occur but should not affect the final colour. The merino is non superwash so be careful not to agitate too much to prevent felting.
