Whispers is a quiet, thoughtful fade that moves gently through a family of purples, from pale, silvery lavender through soft mid violets and into deeper, duskier tones at the far end. The transition is slow and fluid, with no hard breaks — just a calm shift in depth and mood, as though the colour is gradually finding its voice.

Dyed on our beautiful rustic tussah silk single, the yarn has a lightly textured surface and a natural, understated sheen that catches the light without shouting. The silk’s character allows the colour to settle unevenly in the most pleasing way, giving each skein subtle variation and life.

Each skein is 50g / 200 metres, making this set ideal for a shawl, scarf, or as a gentle fade section within a larger project.
